We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our service: guardian account details (name, email), child profile information (first name, age range), and activity/reward data created within the app. We do NOT collect location data, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive device information.
Kidderboard is designed for use by families. Children access the app only through guardian-managed profiles. We do not collect personal information directly from children. All child data is managed by and accessible to the guardian. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not serve advertising to children.
Your information is used solely to provide and improve the Kidderboard experience: managing family profiles, tracking activities and rewards, calculating Kidderbux balances, and sending optional notifications. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits. Your family's data is stored on secure servers and access is strictly limited to authorized personnel.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through the app settings. You may also request a complete export of your data or account deletion by contacting us at privacy@kidderboard.com.

By creating an account or using Kidderboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years old to create a guardian account.
As a guardian, you are responsible for all activity under your account, including any child profiles you create. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials. Kidderbux (KBX) are virtual points within the app and hold no monetary value.
You agree to use Kidderboard for its intended purpose: managing family activities and rewards. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the app's functionality.
All content, features, and functionality of Kidderboard — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Kidderboard and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Kidderboard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for any premium features.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
